Taiwan LED maker Tyntek subsidiary Topsoc to list

Taiwan-based LED maker Tyntek Corporation`s solar module subsidiary Topsoc will list on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on June 17, according to sources.

ĦĦĦĦTyntek`s revenues in May were up 21.96% on year to NT$310 million (US$10.2 million) and its consolidated revenues were up 73.67% on year to NT$522 million. Topsoc`s May revenues totaled NT$300 million while the consolidated revenues of the Tyntek Group reached NT$610 million.

ĦĦĦĦTopsoc`s revenues in 2007 totaled NT$1.13 billion, up 860% on year and the company forecasts revenues of NT$4.5 billion for 2008, the sources pointed out.

ĦĦĦĦTopsco`s current annual capacity is 40MWp, which is expected to expand to 80MWp by year-end and will continue to increase by 40MWp annually in the future, said the sources.
